MY ABDOMINAL MUSCLES HAVE SEPARATED DURING PREGNANCY, IS IT STILL SAFE FOR ME TO DO THE PROGRAMME?

If your stomach muscles have a gap of less than 2 1/2 fingers then it is safe for you to start this programme. If your gap is wider than 2 1/2 fingers width then you have a Diastasis Recti and will need to start with some more gentle strengthening to reduce the separation. WHAT FORMAT DOES THE PROGRAMME CONTENT COME IN?

All the information you will need for your programme will be available either online or in a downloadable PDF document or an online video which can be viewed on any device wherever you are! This content is then yours to keep forever.

I HAD MY BABY YEARS AGO BUT I HAVEN'T EXERCISED SINCE, CAN I STILL DO THE PROGRAMME?

Yes, the TV4M 12-Week Transformation Programme is for new and not so new mums so this programme will be perfect for you. It will take you through the vital exercises you must do first if you want a flat, strong and fully functioning post-baby body.

CAN I STILL DO THE PROGRAMME IF I HAVE HAD A NATURAL BIRTH OR A C- SECTION?

Yes you can do the programme with either type of birth, but you must make sure you have had the sign off from your doctor that you are ready to start exercising again. For a natural birth it is around 6 weeks and for a C-section it will be about 8 weeks.

HOW DOES THE ONLINE PROGRAMME WORK?

All the information from the programme is kept on the members area which you will get a password for. Every 2 weeks you will receive access to a new module which will include your new workout video, your weekly exercise schedule and any other information you may need for those two weeks to help you reach your goals.
