If you are to take part in any form of post-natal exercise or nutrition programme, you must get your doctors approval at your post-natal check up before beginning any exercise programme or following any nutritional advice. This will be between 6 and 8 weeks depending on whether you had a natural birth or a C-Section.

If you are unsure for any reason at all about your suitability to exercise, please consult with your Doctor before purchase and before commencing this or any other exercise program. The exercise and nutrition tips within this programme are not intended as a substitute for any exercise plan or nutritional programme that may have been prescribed by a doctor or any other health professional. If you experience light headedness, dizziness, or shortness of breath when exercising, immediately stop exercising and consult a doctor. If you are sedentary, overweight, have high blood pressure or diabetic please consult your doctor before exercising.
