True Vitality 4 Mums Berry Protein Smoothie

This on-the-go breakfast idea is the perfect smoothie to flush out those toxins and help you burn fat! Full of protein, essential fats, iron and other minerals this will keep you going until lunch time. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup raw pre-washed spinach
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 to 1/3 Avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or you can use coconut or oat milk)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add milk, spinach, berries, banana and avocado to your blender and roughly whizz
  2. Add your protein powder to the mix
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Enjoy!
