Quinoa and Chia Seed Porridge, One of my favourite Superfood breakfasts!

I really fancied a bowl of something warm and comforting this morning so I decided to make one of my favourite Superfood breakfasts! Quinoa and Chia Seed Porridge is super nutritious, free from Wheat and Dairy, and full of protein, omega 3 healthy fats as well as calcium and minerals. I added a teaspoon of agave syrup to mine but you can try without or add some chopped fruit instead 🙂 

 

It’s so simple to make, just like normal porridge, but much more nutritious!

 

Ingredients:

1/2 small cup quinoa flakes, 2 tbsps Chia Seeds, Kara Coconut Milk (add 1 small cup of milk but you can add more if it all soaks up!), plus agave syrup and fruit if desired.

 

Directions:

Add the Quinoa Flakes and Chia Seeds to the pan, add the milk, cook for around 5 minutes until the porridge is a soft consistency. Serve and Enjoy!
