This retreat with Laura Uglow (True Vitality) and Donna Lovelock (Donna Lovelock Yoga) is all about the bigger picture. As much as we are both passionate about yoga, fitness, health and mindfulness individually, we believe in the holistic approach which combines your desire to strengthen and tone your body but also to feel calm, balanced and grounded amongst the chaos of every day life.

We understand that life is busy, and it’s often difficult to take the time out for yourself, to care for yourself both mindfully and physically. That’s why we have decided to team up, to provide you with a half day retreat, designed to combine physical health alongside mindful yoga, allowing you to leave feeling calm, balanced, toned and energised.

We can't wait to show you how you can feel fitter and healthier whilst treating your body with kindness, self love and the nourishment it deserves. 


At the beginning of the retreat Laura will guide you through a 45 minute fitness and toning exercise class. This group personal training class is NOT about bootcamp fitness but will instead leave every inch of your body feeling energised and toned and renewing your enjoyment for physical exercise. Laura will also share her top health and fitness tips which will teach you how to make the positive changes you need to reset your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle, which will enable you to get the lasting results you will love.



The nourishing yoga practice will include an introduction to mindful meditation, breathing techniques, a gentle yoga practice followed by a deep relaxation. Donna will also provide you with practical tools which you will be able use off the yoga mat and integrate into your daily life, enabling you to feel instantly calmer and more relaxed.


As well as Yoga and Fitness, we will also provide you with a fresh juice and a healthy (but delicious!) snack  and at the end of the day, you will leave not only feeling amazing but you will also be treated to a gift bag with a few goodies, as a big thank you for taking the time out for yourself.

The day will be inclusive to all, whatever your level of fitness and experience. All that we ask is that you come ready to feel revitalised and restored!

The retreat is being held in the beautiful grounds of Windlesham Golf Club. You will also be provided with a nutritious juice and a healthy snack.
