This Live online mini Revitalise Retreat with Laura Uglow (True Vitality) and Donna Lovelock (Donna Lovelock Yoga) has been designed to help you strengthen and tone your body through Pilates but also to help you feel calm, balanced and grounded amongst the chaos of every day life.

We are all currently living in such uncertain times and our levels of anxiety can increase. Home-educating our children, working from home and self isolation can add to our levels of stress and anxiety, together with feelings of loneliness as we lose our connection with others.

Which is why we have designed this mini retreat using our unique blend of fitness, yoga, breath work and meditation to help you feel calmer, more grounded and clearer. This retreat is suitable for all, and it will enable you to slow down, carve out some time for yourself, recharge your batteries and start to show your body and mind the love, nourishment and kindness it so craves


The day will be inclusive to all, whatever your level of fitness and experience. All that we ask is that you come ready to feel revitalised and restored! 


After a brief introduction to the day, at the beginning of the retreat Laura will guide you through a 40 minute Pilates based fitness and toning exercise class that is suitable for beginners and also more intermediate levels too.


Donna will then take you through a nourishing yoga practice will include an introduction to mindful meditation, breathing techniques, a gentle yoga practice followed by a deep relaxation. Donna will also provide you with practical tools which you will be able use off the yoga mat and integrate into your daily life, enabling you to feel instantly calmer and more relaxed.

Our programs are all designed specifically for post-natal women and may compliment your prescribed care for these conditions, BUT the True Vitality 4 Mums system is an exercise program for healthy women, undertaken at your own risk, not a medical treatment.
