Mums Vitality Summer Smoothie :-)

This on-the-go breakfast idea is the perfect SUMMER SMOOTHIE! Full of protein, essential fats, iron and other minerals this will keep you going until lunch time. 


  • 1 cup raw spinach
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon organic flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon dried coconut flakes
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (we recommend Biotics Research whey protein isolate)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or you can use soya)



  1. Add milk, spinach, peaches, banana and pineapple to your blender and roughly whizz
  2. Add your flax seed and protein powder to the mix
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top and enjoy!!
